With a degree in Community Advocacy & Social Policy and more than 15 years of international work—including nearly a decade living in Haiti and leading a 300-member team while scaling a social enterprise from $250K to $2M—Callie brings a rare mix of sharp strategic insight, cultural fluency, and hands-on leadership.

She specializes in helping mission-driven organizations and businesses clarify their message, strengthen community engagement, and build systems that support sustainable growth. Callie’s work spans nonprofit development, creative direction, brand strategy, donor communications, and global partnership building.

With more than 20 years of ministry experience, Emily offers coaching and consulting to faith-based nonprofit organizations. She has partnered with over 100 organizations, guiding them in fundraising strategy, major gift development, capital campaigns, capacity building, and grant writing. This has resulted in over $10 million raised. Her personal mission is rooted in Proverbs 11:25 – The generous will prosper, those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed. 

Tom Nolan is a servant leader and the Founder & President of Growth Mission, where the guiding motto is: “Your Growth is Our Mission.” Growth Mission partners with Christian nonprofit organizations to strengthen their impact through strategic planning, leadership development, and fundraising. At its core, the mission is about advancing the Kingdom of God.

With more than 40 years of experience as a pastor, business executive, nonprofit leader, coach, and trusted connector, Tom is known as a “networker of networkers.” His expertise lies in building strategic partnerships, leading fundraising efforts, developing leaders, and organizing transformative events.

Throughout his career, Tom has had the privilege of serving alongside some of the most influential faith-based organizations in the world, including The NYC Leadership Center, World Vision, Compassion International, The Joshua Fund, Child Evangelism Fellowship, and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
